History
The Hub was originally created to service fleet vessels outbound from the Milky Way Galaxy. After the destruction of earth, and the anarchy that ensued, the Hub was forgotten by the Navy. Gradually, because of its relative soundness of construction and seemingly endless corridors in which to hide, the Hub became the den of those seeking a life unfettered by morals and conventions.
The Hub is known the universe over as being the place to buy or sell anything. The Hub is a dangerous place.

Doc Terror's Pawn Shop
True to present day pawn shops, this one is filled with miscellanous junk, and the owner, Doc Terror sits behind bullet/pulse proof glass. Doc smokes cigarettes incessantly. He is obese, almost completely bald and wears a-shirts with canvas mining pants. He is very suspicious and generally unlikeable. Terror's pawn shop has "Got Guns?" spraypainted on the door, which testifies to the excess of weaponry in the place. Doc swears he sells items that are not stolen, but every once in a while, a scratched serial tag appears on the top of the garbage bin. Doc will usually sell items at 150% of their normal value. Players can try to haggle him down. On first meeting, the players can roll a reaction roll (at -20%, Doc don't like too many people) and if they are successful, he will give them discounted prices. There is an old, rusted Bubble Boy suit in the corner of the shop that Doc has "just for looks" (Other than the rust, it works perfectly. These grenades stick with molecular glue on armed on impact. They weight 2 lbs. each, do 4d10 on impact and cost: 400 VC each.

Like plastic explosive, only a expletitive on the explosive part. Nitro Putty has a organic timer on its, activitated by a hard tap once it is armed (by kneading it a couple times). It does 6d10 damage, and each bar of it weighs 3 lbs. Doc charges 800 VC each bar.
